UN Global Compact (UNGC)
Launched in 2000, the UN Global Compact is the largest corporate sustainability initiative in the world, with more than 20,000 companies based in over 160 countries, and more than 60 Global Compact Networks.
In 2026, the ALDI SÜD Group has renewed its commitment to the United Nations Global Compact (UNGC), reaffirming its support for advancing responsible business practices and furthering sustainable development.
Through its participation in the UN Global Compact, the ALDI SÜD Group commits to aligning its strategies, culture, and day-to-day operations with the initiative’s Ten Principles covering human rights, labour, environment, and anti-corruption. We also intend to engage in collaborative projects that contribute to the advancement of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
